Refund Details & Timelines

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

To maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards for all our customers, please note the following:

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Bikini Bottoms and One Pieces that have been tried on without protective underwear.
  • Any swimwear returned without its original hygiene liners intact.
  • Final sale items (clearly marked as such).
  • Personalized products.

All swimwear must be returned in pristine, original, and unworn condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund.

International Returns

International returns are accepted within the same 15-day window. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
