Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item(s) securely, include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation, and write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days of shipment), we’ll process your refund or exchange:

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Exchanges: Shipped via your preferred shipping method once the return is approved

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and quality standards for all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Swimwear & Beachwear Hygiene Policy

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bikini bottoms and One Pieces that have been tried on without protective underwear. All swimwear must be returned in original, unworn condition with hygiene liners intact.

Additionally, final sale items (clearly marked as such) and personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

International Returns

As we serve customers worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote regions), international returns are accepted within the same 15-day window. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. Refunds will be issued in US dollars, and currency conversion differences may apply.

Damaged or Defective Items
